PhD and Doctoral Training

After obtaining at least 300 credits (Bachelor + Master), trained engineers have the opportunity to study for a PhD (180 credits).

Through this they can enrich their training with new, more advanced knowledge in a specific area of research. The PhD is a post-graduate degree, the objective of which is to train by undertaking scientific research, which leads to the academic degree of PhD in Engineering Sciences, PhD in Architecture and Urban Planning or PhD in Arts and Art Science.

The PhD offers those who invest in it exciting career prospects in higher education and in research and development professions, both in the private and public sectors.
